Description: The grapes are vinified separately. The Antão Vaz ferments in barrels, but then moves to stainless steel to age "sur lie" for some time, yielding a slightly creamier style. The Arinto and Fernão Pires ferment and age in stainless steel. The blend is pulled shortly before bottling
and Antão Vaz predominates. We get a light yellow and dry white wine with a slightly creamier aftertaste. The body is medium to rather full. The wine remains fresh, but has a longer finish.
Paulo Laureano is one of the most renowned winemakers in Portugal. This winemaker only works with Portuguese grapes and is known as 'the' reference for wines from the Alentejo region. An absolute winner!
